We will host a Broker's Open with a Catered lunch, we will have Sunday Open Houses and we continue to advertise in all arenas. It is a comprehensive program that cost money. We are not afraid to spend money to market your home and we do. We don't just put a sign out front and wait for things to happen, we are aggressive and we push things so they will happen.
Obviously the key element is selling a home is price. We will assist you by providing a Comparative Market Analysis of your home and compare it to recent sales activity in your area. We will honestly tell you what we think it is worth and what it should be listed for. Ultimately, the decision is yours as to your home's list price, but you will definetly have our input and the reasons for our position.
When offers are received, we will discuss them with you and provide our thoughts for negotiating the contract. We will be present during home inspections and we will be by your side at the settlement table. We are with you every step of the way!
